Main Goals

• Formation of skills of social adaptation of students to the labor market;
• Facilitating the employment of students of the FSBUU VB "BrSU";
• Assistance in employment of graduates of the FGBOU VO "BrSU".

To solve the set tasks, RCST FGBOU VO "BrSU" carries out the following activities :

• Provision on a contractual basis to potential employers of information and organizational services for the training of personnel, incl. the publication of collections about the graduates of the FGBUU of the BrSU.
• Conducting trainings on the technique of job search.
• Organization of classes and consultations on the social adaptation of students of the FSBUU VB "BrSU" to the labor market.
• Assistance in the organization of training (bachelors, specialists, masters, graduate students) to disciplines that are not part of the State educational standards, as well as to sections of educational programs providing formation of skills for their social adaptation to the labor market.
• Sociological surveys and questionnaires of students and graduates of the FSBUU VB "BrSU".
• Sociological surveys and questionnaires of employers.
• Use of the Internet for the placement of personal data and an electronic version of the curriculum and graduates of the FSBUU VB "BrSU".
• Providing information services to students and graduates on the supply and demand in the labor market.
• Analysis of the demand for graduates of the FSBUU VB "BrSU" and the forecast of the development of the situation on the labor market.
• Assistance in the organization of additional education (retraining) of unemployed graduates.
• Coordination of the work of structural divisions and youth organizations of the FSBUU VB "BrSU" in the field of activity of the RCTS FGBOU VO "BrSU".
• Interaction with the Employment Center of the population and other state bodies and public organizations of the region.
• Interaction with the Centers for the Promotion of Employment of Students and the Employment of Graduates of Other Higher and Secondary Educational Institutions.
• Provision of consulting, information and marketing services to enterprises, organizations and individuals in the field of activity of RCTS FGBOU VO "BrSU".
• Assistance in the organization of presentation, information, advertising and other activities of the State Educational Establishment of Higher Professional Education of the BrSU.
