Workshop on Indicators for Sustainability Measurements at Higher Education Institutions

The University of Gothenburg hosted a workshop on Indicators for Sustainability Measurements with more than 30 representatives from higher education institutions in all Nordic countries.

Background

More than 30 representatives from higher education institutions in all Nordic countries, as well as representatives from the Nordic Council of Ministers and University of Zagreb, took part in a two-day workshop at the School of Business Economics and Law in Gothenburg. As a member of the Nordic Sustainable Campus Network (NSCN), University of Gothenburg invited representatives from higher education institutions in the Nordic countries to discuss and share good practice on indicators for sustainability measurements, during the workshop: “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it, is this true? – The importance, challenges and problems of targets, plans, reporting and indicators for sustainability measurements at higher education institutions”.
