Mission: 

Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University strives towards a multi-faceted mission: 

1) attract international & local students to fit with the capacities and possibilities of the human resources, financial resources and physical materials.

2) Bring international & local students with the goal through successful learning with knowledge, skills, ethics, and virtue in their specialty.

3) Improve quality of education in accordance with the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC).

4) Encourage and motivate students to learn to know, learn to do and learn to be.

5) Support and strengthen the capacity of the institution, improve the quality of education and limit the scope of training, and strengthen the capacity of educational science research.

Values and vision: 

To allow the elaboration of a new tank of the best human resources, well-educated as well as in general training and the technical capacities than in the knowledge of the Buddhist principles and values. Its principle will also be the preservation of Buddhism, and Khmer cultures and traditions, providing necessary intellectual foundations for development of the modern Khmer society.
