Himilo University is a national non profit institution of higher education established in Mogadishu, Somalia. The institution aims to provide affordable higher learning opportunities in the fields of health , technology and management & humanities.

Sustainability 

In pursuit of sustainable development, the university has launched the Faculty of Agriculture to promote the sustainable use of renewable natural resources through scientific research and research-based teaching. From diverse fields ranging from crop production to agricultural engineering, the university offers courses and facilitates research to advance sustainable development in agriculture.
