ProSPER.Net Webinar on Sustainability in Higher Education

The webinar will take place on Friday, 16 October, 2020, 3-5 p.m. JST (8-10a.m. CEST). IAU Secretary General, Dr. Hilligje van't Land, will be among the speakers discussing the engagement of higher education with sustainability.

United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS) will organise a ProSPER.Net Webinar on Sustainability in Higher Education, ‘Accelerating transition towards achieving the SDGs during and after the COVID-19 pandemic’, at 3pm-5pm (JST)/ 8am-10am (CEST) on Friday, 16 October, 2020.

Speakers from the International Association of Universities, Gadjah Mada University, Asian Institute of Technology, Sophia University and UNU-IAS will share experiences and discuss the challenges and opportunities for higher education institutions from a short, mid-term and long-term perspective during and post the COVID-19 era, as well as what they can do to build back better and to accelerate actions toward achieving the SDGs.
