SOS report on 2020 Survey: Students, sustainability and education just released

Survey results from SOS international's initiative reveal a strong sense of concern regarding themes around sustainable development and climate change amongst students.

From April to October 2020, SOS International launched a survey amongst various students communities to assemble information on student experiences with sustainability and education. The results showed awareness of society's biggest challenge from the young generation, translated by concern and worry.

Indeed, 1 student out of 2 reports low or no coverage of sustainable development concept in his course curriculum, while 9 out of 10 think that sustainable development is something which all universities and colleges should actively incorporate and promote, and say they are willing to accept a salary sacrifice to work in a company with a good environmental and social record.

An overview of the survey report and related activities can be found here.
